How to make a free RSVP form

Preview it as a guest would see it, then create a free account to get your link. The whole build is free and nothing is saved to us until you sign up.

Most people start with a spreadsheet and a group chat. It holds until it doesn't: one person replies twice, another never replies at all, and by the week of the event you are cross-referencing screenshots against a tab that went stale days ago. A form fixes the whole chain in one move — guests answer for themselves, each answer is timestamped and deduplicated, and the number on your screen is a real number instead of a guess.

Your guests need no account and no app

They open the link, answer, and submit. No sign-up, no password, no download, and it works the same on a phone that is five years old as it does on a laptop. This matters more than it sounds: every account you ask a guest to create is a share of your replies you will not get, and the people most likely to bounce are the older relatives whose attendance you most want to know about.

Why the price is per event, not per guest

The common practice in this category is to charge per invitee, per response, or by a guest-count tier — so a bigger family, or a better turnout, costs you more. That is backwards. A form that fills up is the form doing its job. We charge one flat $49 per event instead, at any size, and only when you need to go past the free cap or open the door with QR check-in.

One form can cover more than one event

A rehearsal and the main day. A three-day celebration. A whole season of recurring gatherings. Add each session to a single form and let guests pick just the one they can make, or reply to several at once — instead of sending three links and reconciling three lists by hand.

The waitlist, and why capacity is worth setting

Set a capacity when you build the form. Once replies fill that number, the next person to answer is placed on a waitlist automatically rather than counted as attending. You keep a true number for your caterer and a real queue for the seats that open up, and nobody has to make the phone call that says a seat is gone.
