Features

Everything you need, included

Ask exactly what you need to know

Build your form with the questions that matter for your event — yes/no, short answer, or a single choice like a meal preference — plus plus-ones. No generic template forcing you to work around fields you do not need.

One form, every session

Running more than one event — a three-day celebration, a lecture series, a season of community gatherings? Add every session to one form. Let guests pick just the one they can make, or RSVP to as many as they like.

A live headcount, and a waitlist that fills itself

Set a capacity if your venue has one. Once it fills, new replies land on an automatic waitlist instead of overbooking you — no manual math, no awkward phone calls to say a seat is gone.

A guest list that chases the stragglers for you

See who has replied and who has not at a glance, and send reminders to anyone who's gone quiet. Reply twice by mistake and you're still counted once — no duplicate guests skewing your number.

Your data, exportable any time

Export your full guest list to CSV whenever you want it — for your caterer, your venue, or your own records. This is free on every plan, never held back behind a paywall.

Confirmations your guests actually read

Every RSVP confirmation and reminder goes out bilingually, in Arabic and English, with a calendar file attached so the date lands straight on their phone — not a translated afterthought.

Turn confirmed guests into door tickets

When you are ready for a real door, unlock check-in: every confirmed guest gets their own QR ticket, each one scans in exactly once, and you can share a scanner link with your whole team — no app for anyone, ever.

How it works

Up and running in minutes

  1. 1

    Build your RSVP form

Pick your occasion (or add several), write the questions you actually need answered, and set a capacity if your venue has one. Building your form is free.

  2. 2

    Share one link

Post it wherever you already reach your guests — a text, an email, a family group chat. They reply in under a minute, with no account and nothing to install.

  3. 3

Watch the headcount, let reminders do the chasing

Your dashboard shows a live headcount and an automatic waitlist past capacity. Anyone who has not replied gets a reminder, so you are not the one sending it.

  4. 4

Unlock door check-in when you are ready

Pay one flat $49 for that event and every confirmed guest becomes a scannable QR ticket. Share the scanner link with your door team and check people in from any phone.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does an RSVP form cost?
Nothing, for your first 100 guests — building the form, the guest list, reminders and CSV export are all included free. If your event grows past that, or you want door check-in, one flat $49 unlocks unlimited guests for that event plus QR tickets and check-in. No subscription, and never a fee per guest.
Is there really no per-guest fee?
Really none. The common practice in this category is to charge per invitee, per response, or by a guest-count tier — so a bigger family or a better turnout costs you more. We charge one flat price per event instead, at any size. Once you have paid the $49, adding guest number 501 costs exactly the same as guest number one: nothing.
What's included in the free plan?
Your first 100 guests, completely free: an unlimited number of custom questions, capacity with an automatic waitlist, your full guest list with reminders, and a CSV export you can use any time. None of that sits behind a paywall — the free plan is a real, usable RSVP tool, not a demo.
Do my guests need an account or an app to RSVP?
No. Guests open your link, answer your questions, and submit — no sign-up, no app, no password. It works the same on any phone or computer.
Can one form cover more than one event or session?
Yes. Add every session to a single form — a rehearsal and the main event, a three-day celebration, or a whole season of recurring gatherings — and let guests pick just the one they can make, or RSVP to several at once.
How does the automatic waitlist work?
Set a capacity when you build your form. Once responses fill that number, anyone who replies next is placed on a waitlist automatically instead of being counted as attending — so you never quietly go over what your venue or caterer can handle.
What happens when I turn on door check-in?
Every guest who confirmed gets their own single-use QR ticket. Scan it once at the door and it is marked used — a screenshot passed to a friend gets caught instantly. Share a scanner link with as many staff as you need, and every scan is logged.
Is this the right tool if I am selling tickets rather than collecting RSVPs?
If you already know exactly who is admitted — because you are selling seats or issuing tickets directly — our Event Tickets tool is built for that instead. RSVP is for the opposite moment: you have invited people and need to find out, in real time, who is actually coming.
Does this work for occasions other than weddings?
Yes — that is the point. Engagements, baby showers, graduations, community iftars, family reunions, retirement parties, alumni reunions, milestone birthdays, school events: anywhere you need a real headcount from people who have not confirmed yet.

Stop guessing who's coming

Every organizer with a guest list ends up in the same spot: a spreadsheet, a family group chat, and a running tally that's wrong by the time the caterer calls. An RSVP form should fix that in one step — guests reply for themselves, on their own phone, and you watch a real number build in real time instead of chasing replies one at a time.

Building your form, collecting responses, managing your guest list and exporting it to CSV are all free for your first 100 guests — not a trial, not a crippled demo. If your event grows past that, or you want to check guests in at a real door, one flat $49 unlocks unlimited guests for that event, plus QR tickets and check-in. No subscription, and — the one promise every organizer here cares about — never a fee per guest.

Built for real guest lists, not spreadsheets

A capacity limit that actually holds is the difference between a comfortable evening and a room that's over. Set a number and once it fills, new replies land on an automatic waitlist instead of quietly overbooking you. Anyone who hasn't answered shows up clearly on your guest list, and a reminder goes out without you having to type it yourself. Reply twice by accident and you're still one guest, not two.

Ask exactly what you need — a meal preference, a plus-one, a simple yes or no — and nothing you don't. Running more than one session? A rehearsal and the main event, a three-day celebration, or a whole season of recurring community gatherings — add them all to one form and let guests confirm the ones that apply to them.

Confirmations that read naturally, not translated

Once a guest replies, they get a confirmation with a calendar file attached so the date lands straight on their phone — and every confirmation and reminder is written bilingually, in Arabic and English, because a message that only works in one language isn't finished.

From headcount to a real door

RSVP collection answers "who's coming." When you're ready for the door, check-in answers "who's actually here." Turn it on and every confirmed guest becomes a ticket with its own QR code — scan it once at the door and it's marked used, so a screenshot forwarded to three friends only gets one of them in. Share a scanner link with your whole team and everyone can check guests in from their own phone, with no app to install and no login. One flat $49 covers the entire event: unlimited guests, unlimited tickets, unlimited scanners.

Made for the events a spreadsheet was never going to run

  • Engagements, baby showers and graduations — a real headcount for the people closest to you, without a single phone call.
  • Community iftars and family reunions — one link that reaches everyone, in whatever language they read it in.
  • Retirement parties and alumni or school reunions — find out who's actually coming before you commit to a venue or a caterer.
  • Milestone birthdays with a big extended family — plus-ones, meal choices, and a waitlist that holds the line on capacity.

Build your form in minutes. Share one link. Let the headcount build itself.
