Most platforms take a cut of every ticket. We charge one flat fee to publish — and never take a percentage. Try your event size:

Features

Everything you need, included

Unique QR on every ticket

Every ticket gets its own unguessable code and QR. Issue them in bulk or add named guests, then download them, print them, or share a link — your guests just show the QR at the door.

Single-use check-in

Scan a ticket and it's admitted once. Try the same QR again — even a screenshot forwarded to three friends — and you'll see it was already used, with who and when. Two people scanning the same code at once can never both get in.

Scan from any phone — no app

Point your phone camera at the QR and it validates instantly, with a clear green pass or red fail and a beep — no extra hardware, no scanner app to buy. Manual code entry works everywhere too.

Share the door with your team

Send one link to your door staff and they can scan guests in from their own phones — no login, no account. Rotate the link any time to revoke access. Perfect for a busy multi-entrance door.

Live attendance & CSV export

Watch checked-in, remaining and total update as people arrive, with arrivals by time and by ticket type. Export the full guest list to CSV any time — your data is yours.

No per-ticket fees — and we never hold your money

Pay one flat price to publish an event — not a cut of every ticket like the big platforms. Because we never process your guests’ payments, there’s no payout to hold and no reserve — you keep 100% of what you charge.

How it works

Up and running in minutes

  1. 1

    Build your event

Add the title, date, venue and capacity. Creating and setting up your event is completely free — you only pay when you publish.

  2. 2

    Issue and share tickets

Generate tickets in bulk or add named guests with ticket tiers like General and VIP. Download the QR tickets, print them, or share each one as a link — there is no app for your guests to install.

  3. 3

    Publish to go live

A small event with free tickets publishes for nothing. Anything larger or with paid tiers is a one-time fee from $10, tiered by capacity. Now tickets validate at the door and your public event page is online for a year.

  4. 4

    Scan them in

At the door, open the check-in screen — or hand a share link to your door staff — and scan each guest's QR. Green means admit, and a used ticket is caught instantly. Watch attendance climb live.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does it cost?
Building your event and issuing tickets is free, and a small event (up to 100 guests, free tickets only) publishes for nothing at all. Otherwise you pay a one-time fee when you publish, tiered by capacity — $10 for a small gathering, $20 up to 200 guests, $40 up to 500, and $60 for a large or unlimited event. There is no subscription and no per-ticket fee, so you keep everything you charge your guests.
Do you take a cut of my ticket sales or hold my money?
No. We don’t process your guests’ payments at all — you sell or invite however you already do. That means there’s no percentage taken from your sales, and no payout for us to hold or keep a reserve on. You pay one flat fee to publish and keep 100% of what you charge.
How does check-in stop people getting in twice?
Each ticket has its own unique code. The first time you scan it, the guest is admitted and the ticket is marked used. If anyone tries the same QR again — even a screenshot or a photo of a printout — the check-in screen shows it was already used, including who checked in and when. Two people scanning the exact same ticket at the same moment can never both get in.
Do I need a special scanner or app?
No. You scan tickets with your phone camera right in the browser — no scanner hardware and no app to install. On browsers without camera scanning you can type or paste the ticket code instead, which works everywhere.
Can several people run check-in at once?
Yes. Share one check-in link with your door staff and each of them can scan from their own phone — no login needed. Everyone’s scans sync to the same single-use guarantee, so a ticket still admits exactly once no matter which door it’s scanned at. Rotate the link any time to revoke it.
Do my guests need an app or account?
No. Guests just get a ticket with a QR — as an image, a printout, or a link. They show it at the door and you scan it. Nothing to download, no account to create.
What if there’s no internet at the door?
Check-in validates each scan against our server, so you need a working connection at the door — a phone’s mobile data is plenty. If a device drops off briefly, the manual code-entry fallback runs the same single-use check as the camera.
Can I have different ticket types, like VIP?
Yes. Add as many ticket types as you like (General, VIP, Early Bird…), assign tickets to each, and your check-in analytics break attendance down by type.
How long does my event stay live?
A published event and its tickets stay valid for a full year, and re-publishing within that window is free. That covers everything from a one-night party to a season of recurring events.

Ticketing without the per-ticket tax

The big ticketing platforms take a cut of every ticket you sell, hold your payout until after the event, and make your guests download an app or create an account just to get in. For a rooftop party, a workshop, a fundraiser, or a club night, that's overkill — and expensive. Event Tickets gives you the one thing those platforms are really selling: a QR on each ticket and a fast, trustworthy way to check people in at the door — for one flat price, with no cut of your sales.

Building your event and issuing tickets is free. You only pay a one-time fee when you publish — and then every ticket validates, once each, no matter how many screenshots float around. Because we never process your guests' payments, there's no money for us to hold and no reserve — you keep 100% of what you charge.

Real check-in, not just a pretty QR

Anyone can slap a QR on a ticket. The hard part is the door: making sure each ticket admits exactly one person, catching the screenshot someone forwarded to three friends, and knowing your real headcount as people stream in. Event Tickets does that with a single-use check-in that's safe even when two people scan the same code at the same instant — the second one is turned away, every time. Hand a share link to your door staff and they can all scan from their own phones, with no login, and every scan still counts against the same one-admission rule.

Made for real events

  • Parties and celebrations — issue tickets to your guest list, scan them in, and see who actually showed.
  • Workshops and classes — cap capacity, sell a fixed number of seats, and validate at the room.
  • Fundraisers and community events — free or paid entry, VIP tiers, and a clean attendance report afterward — with every dollar going to the cause.
  • Club nights and pop-ups — fast phone scanning at a busy door, a beep and a green light so you barely look down, and multiple door staff on one link.
