The standard calendar format every app understands — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and the rest. A guest opens the file and their calendar offers to add the wedding, with the date, time and venue already filled in.
Attach the file to a message or email, or put it somewhere they can tap. On a phone, opening it goes straight to "Add to calendar". It is a normal file, so WhatsApp, email and a link on a page all work.
It shows your wedding at the time you typed, wherever it is opened — 4pm stays 4pm. That is deliberate: a wedding happens at the venue's local time, and a guest flying in wants the time they will see on the venue clock, not one converted into the timezone they are sitting in today.
