Print at 100% scale, not “fit to page”, or the cut lines will not measure what they say.
This prints what goes on the tables. It can’t collect a single reply.
When you need to know who is actually coming — with a headcount and meal choices that fill this list in for you — the same details become an invitation each guest replies on.

Escort cards are the ones laid out on a table by the door: a guest finds their own name, reads the table number, and walks to it. Because a guest is hunting for their own name in a grid of a hundred cards, this prints them sorted alphabetically by the name people will look under, and sets the table number large enough to read at arm’s length. Paste your guest list with table numbers after a comma and it does the rest, ten to a sheet with cut lines. Guests who have no table yet print at the end under "Unassigned" rather than being quietly dropped, so you can see what is still outstanding.
Questions
What is an escort card at a wedding?
A card at the entrance carrying a guest’s name and their table number. They pick it up on the way in and it "escorts" them to the right table — which is why it carries a number and a place card does not.
How should escort cards be ordered on the table?
Alphabetically, which is how this tool prints them. Guests scan for their own name, so any other order — by table, by family, by side — makes two hundred people queue while they search.
Do I need escort cards if I have a seating chart?
No — they do the same job two ways, and most weddings pick one. A chart is one sign and nothing to carry; escort cards handle a crowded entrance better because people are not all reading the same board at once.
