Print at 100% scale, not “fit to page”, or the cut lines will not measure what they say.
This prints what goes on the tables. It can’t collect a single reply.
When you need to know who is actually coming — with a headcount and meal choices that fill this list in for you — the same details become an invitation each guest replies on.

The program is the sheet handed out at the ceremony that tells guests what is about to happen and who is in it, so nobody spends the whole thing wondering whether it has started. Type it as a running order — a line per moment, with the name of whoever is doing it after a comma — and it sets at 5.5 × 8 inches, two to a sheet, with the couple’s names and the date at the top. It suits a religious ceremony, a civil one, or a katb kitab; the tool sets whatever order you give it rather than assuming a tradition. Arabic sets right-to-left in Arabic lettering.
Questions
What goes in a wedding program?
The order of what happens — processional, readings, vows, the ring exchange, the pronouncement, the recessional — and the names of the people in each part. Many couples add a short note about anyone being remembered, and directions to the reception at the bottom.
What size should a wedding program be?
These print at 5.5 × 8 inches, two to a sheet, which is the size guests can hold in one hand while standing. Bigger programs get folded and put away; smaller ones cannot fit the running order.
How many programs do I need?
Roughly one per two guests is the usual estimate — couples and families share. Printing per guest is safest at a ceremony where people arrive separately.
