Most guest-list templates are a spreadsheet you download and then have to maintain. This is the opposite: type the list here, and take it away in whichever form you actually need — a CSV that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets with a column for the name, the table and the party size, or a printed list to tick off at the door. Because the same list drives the place cards, the escort cards and the seating chart, the list you keep and the cards you print can never disagree with each other. It stays in your browser: nothing is uploaded and there is no account. The one thing it cannot do is ask anyone whether they are coming — a list is a document, not an invitation.

What should a wedding guest list include?
A name as it should appear on a card, how many are in that party, and a table once you have assigned one. Anything more — addresses, phone numbers, meal choices — belongs wherever you collect replies, not in the document you print from.
Can I open this in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes — download the CSV and open it in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or anything else that reads a spreadsheet. It is a plain comma-separated file with a header row, not a locked template.
Does this track RSVPs?
No. It holds the list you already have; it cannot ask anyone anything. Getting replies — with a headcount and meal choices that update themselves — needs an invitation each guest can reply on, which is a different product.
Is my guest list private?
Completely. The list lives in your browser and is never uploaded, so the names of everyone you are inviting stay on your own device.
