How much does it cost to make certificates?

One certificate is free — watermarked, no credential ID, no verification, no signup. Issuing a real batch is $10 for up to 100 certificates with verification and a ZIP download, or $29 for up to 500 with your logo, your signature, bulk email delivery and a public issuer page. You pay once per batch, at the size it actually is — there is no monthly plan.

One certificate, watermarked, with no credential ID and no verification page. It exists so you can see the real design and layout — including Arabic right-to-left — before paying for a batch, not to serve a batch of recipients for free.

Does verification stop working if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

There is nothing recurring to stop. You pay once, when you issue a batch — not a monthly fee to keep the batch alive. A certificate's verification page keeps working after that one payment, because it was never tied to a subscription in the first place.

Do you verify that the training actually happened?

Accepted Answer

No, and we want to be exact about this: a verification page confirms who uploaded a certificate and when it was issued — not that the course ran, that the recipient attended, or that the content was accurate. We are not an accreditation body and do not review course material. The trust in a certificate is the issuer's; our part is making sure nobody can quietly alter or reissue one after the fact.

Is Arabic really supported, or is it a translated English template?

It is built for Arabic from the start. Arabic certificates render right-to-left with a real Arabic type stack and Arabic-Indic numerals where the design calls for them — not an English layout with the text swapped and the alignment left pointing the wrong way, which is the usual failure mode of Word-based certificate templates.

Can I add my own logo and signature?

Yes, on the $29 tier — upload a logo image and a signature (scanned or drawn) once, and every certificate in that batch and future ones from the same issuer carries them. The $10 tier issues certificates without custom branding.

What is the issuer page?

Accepted Answer

A public page at mumenlabs.com/c/<your-org>, included on the $29 tier, listing your organisation and what you issue. It carries no recipient names — verification pages, which do, stay unindexed — so it is the page you can safely link from your own site.

Question 8

Do recipients need an account to see or verify their certificate?

Accepted Answer

No. Recipients open their PDF or their verification link directly — no account, no app, no login. Verifying a certificate is the same: anyone with the link can open it and check it, with nothing to sign up for.

Question 9

What happens if my list is bigger than 500 people?

Accepted Answer

Issue it as more than one batch — there is no limit on how many batches an account can issue, only a cap per batch (100 on the $10 tier, 500 on the $29 tier). Split a very large cohort across batches and each still gets its own verification and, on the $29 tier, its own bulk delivery.

Can I revoke a certificate after issuing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Revoking a certificate marks its verification page as no longer valid instead of deleting it, so a later check on that credential ID shows it was revoked rather than showing nothing at all — which is what would happen if the record were simply removed.

What file do I actually get?

Accepted Answer

One PDF per recipient, plus a single ZIP of the whole batch to download in one go. On the $29 tier, each recipient also gets their own PDF by email automatically, so you are not attaching 500 files by hand.
