Almost everything a wedding costs tracks the number of seats, and the guest list is the one thing a family cannot shrink. Two hundred from each side is four hundred before anyone has argued about it. The invitation services here charge you by the head for that, roughly a dollar a guest, mostly for sending the messages themselves.

$99 publishes the whole thing: the painted card, online RSVP, 18 months online, and QR entry passes for your first fifty guests. The invitation itself never costs more — the link can be forwarded as many times as it needs to be, and every reply is free however many arrive. Only the passes at the door grow with the list: two hundred guests come to $174 all in, four hundred and fifty to $279, eight hundred to $499 — under the going rate at every one of those counts, and further under it the longer your list runs. If you are not checking anyone in at the door, you never buy one. Designing it and watching it come together are free. You pay when you publish.

The invitation comes from your families

An invitation like this is not sent by the couple alone, and the card says so. The line at the top is a field you fill in yourself: Together with their families, or whatever wording your family has always used. Your names and the date sit under it, over a single painted screen. Your guest opens it on a phone and receives a card, not a web page to browse.

How it reaches the people you are inviting

You send it. We do not send messages on your behalf, and there is nothing to set up before you can: copy the link, put it in the family group, and whoever gets it passes it on. No limit, no extra cost.

Before anyone taps, the link unfurls in the chat as a card with your names and the artwork on it. That matters more than it sounds. A relative who has been told all year not to open links can see who sent this one first. And for the part of the list that would rather have paper, there is a QR code to print onto a real card.

One schedule, however many days it runs

Nikah, henna, the wedding itself. Every event goes on one schedule with its own date, time, hall, one-tap directions and a note. Two events on the same day, at two times in two halls, go in the same way. So does one that falls six months before the rest. Guests say which parts they are coming to when they reply.
