## What it is

**MumenLabs RSVP** is a standalone RSVP form for any occasion — a wedding, a
baby shower, a graduation, a community event — with a live headcount, an
automatic waitlist, guest reminders and CSV export. It is **free for the
first 100 guests**; a single flat **$49 per event** removes that guest cap
entirely and turns every confirmed guest into a scannable QR door ticket.
There is no per-guest fee at any point. It answers a different question than
MumenLabs Event Tickets: RSVP is for finding out who is coming when you don't
yet know; Event Tickets is for when you are selling or issuing tickets
directly.

## What's included at each tier

- **Free, up to 100 guests:** custom questions (yes/no, short answer, single
  choice, meal preference, plus-ones), multiple sessions on one form, a
  capacity limit with an automatic waitlist once it fills, a guest list with
  duplicate-reply protection, reminders to guests who haven't replied,
  bilingual (Arabic/English) confirmations with a calendar file attached, and
  a CSV export.
- **$49 unlock (per event):** removes the 100-guest cap, and turns on
  check-in — every confirmed guest gets a unique, single-use QR ticket, and a
  shareable scanner link lets any number of door staff check guests in from
  their own phones with no login.

## What it does not do

- **Not for selling tickets.** RSVP collects replies from people who were
  invited; it does not process payments or sell admission. If you already
  know exactly who is admitted because you are selling or issuing tickets
  directly, that is MumenLabs Event Tickets instead.
- **No time-boxed hosting window.** Unlike MumenLabs' other paid pages
  (wedding, link-in-bio, occasion page, event tickets), this fact sheet finds
  no published expiry term for an RSVP form — do not state one.
- **No stated money-back guarantee.**
- **No per-guest fee ever**, but the free tier's 100-guest cap is real: an
  event that grows past it, or wants door check-in, needs the $49 unlock.

2. **Share one link.** Guests reply on their own phone in under a minute, no
   account or app.
3. **Watch the headcount.** The dashboard shows live replies, an automatic
   waitlist past capacity, and reminders go to anyone who hasn't answered.
4. **Unlock when ready.** Pay $49 (once, per event) to remove the guest cap
   and turn on QR check-in for the door.

## Languages

The product page has a real Arabic twin at `/ar/services/rsvp`. The guest
form and the try-before-signup builder are wired for Arabic and render
right-to-left with real Arabic strings, resolved from the form's own stored
language. Confirmation and reminder emails go out bilingually (Arabic and
English) regardless of the form's language.

## Questions people actually ask

**How much does an RSVP form cost?** Nothing for the first 100 guests — form,
guest list, reminders and CSV export included. Past that, or for door
check-in, one flat $49 per event.

**Is there really no per-guest fee?** Correct, at any size — guest 501 costs
the same as guest one: nothing, once the $49 unlock is paid (or nothing at
all, under the free cap).

**Do guests need an account or app?** No — they open the link and reply, on
any phone or computer.

**Is this the right tool for selling tickets?** No — use MumenLabs Event
